I currently work as a member of the executive recruiting, human capital and operations team in-house at K1. K1 is a leading private equity firm in LA, focused on investing in high growth enterprise software companies.

Clutter is a technology-driven logistics and supply chain business disrupting the $40B self-storage and moving industries. Clutter has $297M in equity investment from Sequoia, GV, Atomico, and Softbank. Laid off as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. - Built executive recruiting function from the ground up, with full lifecycle recruiting responsibility for executive positions including the company’s first CFO, CTO and CMO. - Influenced and educated key stakeholders on executive recruiting and talent strategy practices, partnering on a daily basis with executive team. Served as point of contact for the board, investors, search agencies, and vendors. - Conducted the first forward looking organizational skills-gap analysis, helped with the complete redesign of quarterly performance management process for exempt employees, optimized the inbound recruiting funnel system, and introduced the first scorecard-based candidate assessment process (4–12 criteria per position). - Key member in developing enhanced onboarding programs, led first-time managerial training, assisted with organizational design and communications.

Reported directly to the Managing Partner, Global Software/Internet Practice and leader of the Marketing, Sales & Strategy Officers Practice for the West Coast. Responsible for managing the end-to-end execution for executive search, human capital and strategic organizational development projects with clients from the F500, Private-Equity investments, and pre-IPO Venture-backed portfolio companies.#1 highest billing team in technology practice globally for all 3 years (2018 - Top 3 of all Consultants worldwide).Advised Board, C-Suite and HR Partners directly on available talent market, organizational structure, position design and role definition/authority. Presented supporting data and recommendations through live or virtual weekly updates. Assessed candidates utilizing propriety assessment methodology to develop data-rich reports with detailed rankings across 20+ subcategories and qualitative summaries. Create executive-level briefs, presentations and deliverables that are shared with client CEO/Board of Directors.

- Delivered analysis, research, reporting, business development and project management support across up to 20 concurrent client engagements. - Created, and recognized for, 10+ new talent market mappings of 2000+ executives across 280+ companies. Reconfigured mappings as client deliverables contributing up to $150K in fees per client. Extrapolated data to develop insights to advise on future talent strategy. - Generated organizational structural design analysis of major enterprise software corporations. Recommended strategic org future redesign for go-to-market organization to support transformation to recurring revenue model. - Built compensation analysis of go-to-market leadership from 250+ individual data points over past 5 years. Segmented the data across various regions, verticals and market segment. Research was leveraged globally across the company for compensation data and recommendations provided to clients.
