Henry Moses Aquatic Center

Critical member of a small leadership team overseeing high volume city programs, facilitating trainings and maintaining functional knowledge of 140+ staff members, executing measures to ensure compliance with state regulations and standards, crisis management and resolution, detailing of state ordinance and procedure to patrons, effectively collaborate with emergency personnel.

Lead a staff of 100+ lifeguards demonstrating active training techniques/drills while also overseeing and tracking performance of lifeguards on duty of about 20+ lifeguards at a time. Helped set up and lead orientations as well as multiple weeks of preseason training

Learned basic water safety and drowning recognition as well as first aid/cpr training. Gained valuable experience dealing with large scale team communication. Started working during Covid. Usually put in 40-65 hours a week across both summers.
