The position is reporting to the Managing Director. My role was to establish and create the After Sales department to handover implemented units• Developing and managing After-Sales service department processes and procedures including the CRM processes• Hiring, managing and monitoring team performance to deliver and handover more than 6000 units in 3 projects all over Egypt. • Monitoring the after-sales team performance and delivering required trainings and tools• Coordinating with Engineering, Finance & legal Departments.• Developing and proposing creative ideas (renting units services for owners to promote community levels and sales figures).• Reporting periodically to management departmental results and challenges.

The position reports to the Sales & Marketing Director. My role was to establish and create the Sales department at launch to meet company targets and committed department objectives.• Hiring and training 30 sales staff (10 staff/sales channel).• Aligning direct reports with company procedures, processes and policies.• Managing team resources to over achieve challenging annual targets at startup (1200 sales units in 20 days-end of year 2007). • Handling administration activities and relevant planning and reporting systems. • Managing external real estate and call center agencies & Mortgage companies

• Managing annual sales target of 2M EGP • Enhancing and developing the HR application modules(Payroll, Attendance Management, Work Force Management, Appraisal Management, Training Management, Recruitment)• Handling customer meetings through-out all project phases• Preparing demos in cooperation with pre-sales.• Completing closing process and ensure revenue collection.• Reporting periodically to sales manager.• Assigning leads for my sales executives direct reports.• Aligning and coaching team to achieve function target

• Responsibility for selling SHOWTIME products.• Searching for new customers data.• Communicating with customers and conducting surveys about ShowTime’s Network.• Receiving calls form customers and handling all needs.• Follow up with customer to finalize deals.

-Responsible for the renewals of customers accounts.-Periodical follow up with customers.-Responsible for handling any problems that might arise with customers.
