Prepares and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and yearly Financial statements with the related analyticalproceduresPlans, directs, coordinates and reviews the work for the finance department, assigns work activitiesand monitors work flow.Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closeAssist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflowof the department

•Responsible for overseeing monthly inventory and COGS analysis for reasonableness and accuracy with the ability to investigate and explain any issues to senior management •Responsible for product cost with all its components of direct materials, direct labor and factory overheads on a plant level and analyze inventory reports to ensure the accurate results for costing process•Monthly pricing & analysis for foreign and domestic inventory•Coordinate with IT department for ERP system issues, maintenance and development such as production, purchasing, import/export, accounts payable, accounts receivable, import/export IT, receiving, shipping, and other.•Manage physical inventory Stocktaking and cycle counts•Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies and Report on periodic variances and their causes.•Full responsibility on fixed assets register•Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits

•Ensuring that all invoices are matched with related POs and correctly posted.•Daily reviewing & monitoring all invoices (raw & pack Services and operations) and Checking the 3 way matching before booking it on the System.•Produce Monthly Analysis Reports and prepare analysis of accounts.•Responsible for affiliate company’s transactions and Monthly reconcile affiliates Statements with our books to detect any unrecognized transactions.•Oversees invoice and general reimbursement processing across the Company.•Oversees the accurate recording of expenses according to their Cost Centers.•Reviewing & Posting G/L Entries that related to A/P.•Assist with month end closing and provide supported Data to Audits.

•Dealing with the banks of which the office has account in and responsible for making the required transfers.•Responsible for the daily accounting works such as revising and amending accounts issues. •Knowing the daily currancy rate and exchanging money from banks and exchanging offices if required. •Issuing the balances of each organization separatly. •Responsible for Payroll Cycle.
