I am working as a secretary : public reception, answer phone, manage message and e-mail, classify documents, use of software Word, Excel and DIPS, write in patients files, send letters and all kind of documents from hospital to other hospitals in the country.

I worked as a secretary and receptionist : public reception, answer phone, manage message and e-mail, classify documents, use of software Word, Excel and PowerPoint, write memos.

My job was to help elderly people in their daily lives: assistance to shower, meal preparation and household.I also had to write reports detailing how people felt: in a good mood, depressed or tired. This for the sake of prevention of suicide.

I was the intermediary between Sea Uni Norway in Oslo, company specializing in seafood products, and the fish market Rungis in Paris. I had to find potential customer to the company. I had to send orders, issue invoices and verify that deliveries arrive at their destination. I was responsible for the management of after-sales service : calling and sending mails.

I worked with people with disabilities. Project developed in order to help them acquire more autonomy.I also worked with teenagers in difficulty: break with famiile, academic failure or drug addiction. Project developed in order to understand why they found themselves in this situation and how to reintegrate into society.

My job was in the school integration of a child under 4 years. I had to help him to overcome his physical and mental difficulties so he can continue in a classical education system instead of being directed to a special school.
