My name is Samya Johnson, and I’m based in Philadelphia. I’m currently taking a bit of an break after attending Temple University, where I initially studied Business Management. My background includes diverse roles in customer service, team leadership, and creative coordination. I am currently a barista at Spread Bagelry, where I excel in delivering fast-paced, efficient service while promoting specialty drinks.I’m also the founder and leader of HAVEN Dance Crew, where I manage choreography, team operations, and performance planning. This leadership experience, along with my past roles as a guest service associate and an art coordinator, has allowed me to strengthen my skills in communication, team training, and creative project management.I’m quick to adapt, a problem-solver, and passionate about working in environments where I can continue to grow both personally and professionally. I’m looking for a job that will help me further develop these skills while also pushing me to the limit. Additionally, Over the past 3 years, I’ve developed and am managing an invisible disability called Myasthenia Gravis, which has taught me resilience, adaptability, and perseverance, and I believe these qualities would make me a valuable asset to any team.
