- Leads a center, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience- Assists in the supervision and oversight of all team members and business operations- Monitoring and facilitating all production and retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping and quality control processes- Manages center in the absence of the center manager- Perform all functions normally performed by any of the team members- Work in fast-pace, time sensitive environment- Design business cards, flyers, invitations and other marketing collateral- Produce innovative design under tight deadline- Able to manage multiple jobs while paying great attention to details- Discus clients requirements and provide advice to enhance their experience- Operate over 30 different office machines
