Technology that I have designed is shipping in 100's of millions of phones/devices.I have worked on hardware and software products for Wearable, Handheld, Mobile, Robotics, Voice over IP, Industrial, Consumer and Medical devices. I have experience leading large engineering teams, Device R&D, product design, project and program management.I work with OEM's/ODM's/IDH's in China, Taiwan and South Korea. I work with teams (internal and external) in multiple time zones. I focus on communication; making sure all data and decisions are available to all members of the team, at all times. My mantra is: “A problem found is a problem solved!”, my teams do not hesitate in bringing up problems as they appear so that they can be dissected, understood and solved (and remembered for the future).
