Message me at samyjx@gmail.com.Samantha Yap (she/her) has worked in the intertwined capacities of a writer, curator, and arts manager, in the visual arts field as well as in publishing with Epigram Books, where she oversaw marketing and author relations. She currently works at the NUS Libraries Writers’ Centre, and attends to the various programming and operational needs of the Centre, with a focus on managing creative writing programs.In her work and writing, she is interested in foregrounding feminist perspectives and exploring forms of reciprocity such as the ethics of care, practices of love, and vulnerability. Her recent exhibitions include Ongoingness (2022), Gillman Barracks, Time Passes (2020), National Gallery Singapore, and What is the current that presents a behaved waist (2020), Yeo Workshop. Her writing is featured in the poetry anthology My Lot Is a Sky (2018) alongside other exhibition catalogs. She received her BA (Hons) in English Literature and Art History from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.
