As the Director of Infrastructure at Murad, with responsibility over IT Security and Service Desk, the right balance is key and often times the most challenging and exciting part of the job. Delivering infrastructure services is the easier part. Supporting the customers that depend on those services in tandem with encouraging the safe usage of those services is the much harder part.

Wilshire Associates is a Small to Medium sized(350 users) company that provides services based on technology to the financial industry. Our clients range from small to the major financial players. Our services include risk management, SaaS, consulting, and funds management. Because we are a technology company, our technology infrastructure is very state of art, with EMC SAN's on the backend, Cisco 6500's on the LAN, MPLS. Because we service larger financial corporations, we maintain strict policies to meet the risk guidelines those corporations have. I love managing and getting my hands dirty with technology.
