• Negotiated and designed tax and corporate framework for a US$45 million real estate acquisition. • Drafted and negotiated the amendment of a JP¥7 billion fixed-rate note with American and Japanese banks. • Negotiated amendment to notes in the amount of US$115 million with English banks. • Designed the corporate restructuring of companies incorporated in the Cayman Islands and Delaware to optimize financial results and tax benefits. • Advised the creation of Hedge Funds in USA resulting from the company’s stakes in 5 transmission companies and timberlands in Brazil.• Coordinated multidisciplinary team in a project for the organization of timberland assets.
