Working with my fellow board members, I lead the Compliance department at Pro-Force to ensure that we operate according to relevant legal, regulatory and ethical guidance standards. Never happy to settle for the status quo, I drive our Compliance performance such that we strive to operate Beyond Compliance, with worker welfare being central to all that we do.As a key member of industry work groups, I work alongside senior staff from governmental departments, NFU, expert consultants, charities such as Stronger Together and major UK retailers to advance welfare standards for workers in UK food supply chains.Furthermore, I create and lead Pro-Force's Compliance strategy and work alongside board members to ensure we meet our ambitious strategic objectives.

Using LEAN and agile methodologies, a key element of my role is analysing and streamlining both online and offline systems, in order to produce the most efficient and effective results for all stakeholders. This involves the introduction of SaaS, bespoke software solutions and ongoing IT project management, utilising the most up-to-date techniques such as sprints, scrum and Kanban.Ultimately, improvements that are introduced make operations more secure, robust, future-proof and profitable.What's more, I am a member of the Compliance team, and in conjunction with my colleagues, I ensure our operations are in line with guidelines and legislation from relevant industry bodies (such as Defra, The Home Office and GLAA) to ensure the welfare of temporary and seasonal workers. As a member of the senior management team, and deputising for the CEO as required, I strategically manage a multi-functional team to ensure optimal efficiency, compliance, excellent customer service and commercial success.Managed and delivered full cycle IT projects (bespoke CRM / portal), taking them from initiation, through development, to full implementation, and delivered major operational enhancements that have improved time efficiency by c.30%, while reducing costs and improving service levels to be a market leader. I do so using Lean, Agile, Kanban and related bestpractice IT project management methodologies.I prioritise the professional development of my staff, optimising performance and building a culture of clear communication, whilst motivating, training and up-skilling. In this role, managing budget of £80,000, in order to deliver university enterprise strategy, including working in conjunction with external consultants. Shortlisted, judged and presented the prestigious enterprise awards, ensuring guests from key organisations in the city were invited, present, and acted as sponsors of the competition.
