Citifinancial was a subsidiary of Citibank offered non conforming personal finance loans of up to $25,000.00.Responsible for the total profitability of the Branch including collections on delinquent loans. Created a network of Brokers with in the Macarthur region that provided a constant pipeline of personal loan applications.Achievements:-* Increased average loan size from $3,500.00 in October 2006 to $7,869.00 in February 2006 (44.47% increase)* Branch loan delinquency capped at 7.65% of total lending portfolio.* Developed and maintained relationships with 10 Broker groups within the Macarthur region that originated 11% of total applications received in the Branch per month.

Assess and manage home loan applications from the 3rd party space (Mortgage Brokers)Responsible for complete file ownership from initial assessment right through to settlement.

Originally appointed as a Mobile Lending Manager and later promoted to branch Manager eventually managing two Branches in Liverpool and Parramatta.Responsibilities included managing and coaching a team of up to 6 Mobile lenders and 4 Personal Assistants across two branches as well as foster strong relationships with our panel of lender BDM's.Achievements:-* Personally averaged loan settlements of $2,201,141.00 per month* Maintained a 90% approval rating on loans lodged to lender panel.
