She has over ten years of recruitment experience in the mining and civil construction industry, as well as an electrical engineering trade background. Sam's mission is to find and attract the best talent for Komatsu across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. She is currently leading the international campaign to source highly skilled plant mechanics abroad, offering them a rewarding career with a company that puts people first. She is also the Komatsu Apprentice Program, Project Lead which has achieved a 40% female representation year-on-year.
