I am having 5+ years of work experience in International recruitment.• Performing all activities of the recruitment process that includes sourcing, screening, short listing, interview scheduling, and follow up the candidate• Experience in the end to end recruitment process including posting jobs, sourcing and screening resumes from portals• Experience on calling to candidate as well as clients• Knowledge of executing HR processes and capable of relating to people across all hierarchical levels in the Organization.• Adaptable and a quick learner and ability to work under pressure• Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and hands-on exposure in coordinating with the eligible candidates• Forwarding the confidential contract details of the company and clarifying the queries to the candidates.• Once candidate confirms the acceptance of contract, final round of interview will be scheduled. If he get selected. Candidate will be processed him for UK TIER-2-General Visa documentation.• Apart from Recruitment also included in Candidates profile Marketing, It involves searching through different UK job sites like (Cwjobs, Monster, Jobserve, Indeed etc.) and applying for the suitable positions.• Getting in touch with candidates and clients and scheduling the interviews.• Working directly with end clients’ requirements like Tier1 venders/Implementation partners• Negotiate the rate and billing terms with employers.• Knowledge of Corp-to- Corp, 1099 & W2• Experience on working with any job portals DICE, Monster, Corp to Corp, Career Builders• Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback, POs Joining formalities.
