• Responsible for the whole recruitment process• Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience, and develop a pool of shortlisted potential candidates.• Post job ads on relevant media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)• Perform comprehensive background checks on potential candidates• Communicate with companies to obtain necessary information and validate the accuracy of candidate information. • Collaborate with the recruitment team to make informed decisions based on background check findings.• Maintain accurate and organized records of background check results and related documentation.• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations regarding the handling and storage of sensitive candidate information.

As part of the back office (settlements), relevant entries were to be made on the systems installed by the State Bank of Pakistan and reconciliation of accounts was to be made on daily basis. At the same time the bank’s systems were to be updated too with the physical records of all the deals to be put in order as well for Audit purposes.
