My work has been largely situated in managing interventional projects focused in system improvement and operational reconfiguration within the auspices of both local government and the private business sector.I have developed well-honed personal and professional skill sets. I am adept in managing large and diverse teams of professionals, and I am skilled in not only motivating and inspiring others to embrace visionary change, but also in both managing and assuaging resistance or opposition to any such interventional change.My work has been largely focused in generating improved hands-on working protocols and designing new operational models within large, historically well-established, and at times even unwieldy organisational structures. I not only envision change models: I design specific reconfigured operational structures, I provide extensive evaluation of all incurred costs, and I analyze all associated risks.
