My father had an abandoned property which was something he bought in the beginning of his career and the building was becoming very rotten due to lack of maintenance.Despite all that, the property existed in a very good location and it was full of potential. The plate numbers of the building was number 1 and number 2; as my father never really opted to buy anything that was not number one in his eyes.Even back then and before his success, he had a good eye which impresses me a lot.My sister and I saw the potential and planned on renovating the space and turn it into something new.The renovation process started in 2018 and finished a year and half later.In 2020 and with Covid restrictions starting, my father decided to create a new branch for one of his friend’s Stock Exchange Brokerages Companies that was privately held.I volunteered to be the branch manager as I previously been taught about Iran’s stock market by my father.
