1) Prepare and share Sales Operation Tracker/Dashboards , Category and Collection Reports of Nationwide.2) Identify the gaps between the Sales Target and Achievement and devise strategies with the sales team to bridge the gaps and boost the sales. 3) Closely monitor and analyze the KPIs achievement and ensure necessary steps to improve the performance.4) Proactively identify trends and insights within the data and present them in a clear and impactful manner.5) End to end monitoring of replenishment and inbound planning on weekly and daily basis to improve stock availability, reduce out of stock % , and sales loss.6) Forecast annual and monthly sales targets according to the given calendar.7) Interdepartmental coordination with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Marketing to identify operational problems, address footfall challenges and, plan upcoming marketing campaigns.8) Assess the performance of sales teams, products, or territories to determine areas for improvement and growth opportunities.9) Monitor and analyze competitors' sales strategies, pricing, and market positioning to identify competitive advantages and potential threats. 10) Prepare feedback and conduct market visits to ensure smooth floor operations are being followed and report any operational challenges. Also understand Market dynamics and customer actions.
