I provide training and psychoeducation to organizations on various mental health issues to enhance employee wellbeing.

• Clinical practice as a comprehensive DBT clinician – provide individual therapy, facilitate skillsgroups, and provide phone coaching, working with clients with the diagnosis of BorderlinePersonality Disorder (BPD), high suicidality, self-harm and emotion dysregulation.• Provide psychotherapy for the comorbid diagnosis of PTSD, addictions, eating disorders,anxiety and depression to emerging adults, adults and older adults from multi-culturalbackgrounds.• Provide brief crisis counselling to clients through phone coaching.• Collaboratively provided DBT training to external partners at Humber River Hospital (HRH),and liaised with the Clinical Practice Lead at HRH to ensure quality training and scheduling• Developed and delivered CMHA agency-wide and team-specific DBT training to staff ontheories, strategies and skills to work effectively with high-risk and complex presentations• Collaboratively developed and implemented skills-only DBT group; determined intake andassessment processes, conceptualized forms and evaluation structure• Conducted quality improvement interviews on client experience of virtual DBT andincorporated the feedback into future groups, individual sessions and knowledge-sharingconferences

• Conducted thorough policy analysis to resolve complex resident situations as brought to the Ministry by Long-Term Care Home staff • Ensuring that application software used by nearly 630 Long-Term Care homes in Ontario was in accordance with the Long-Term Care Homes Act of 2007 • Created and updated training material for LHINs, Hospitals and Community Organizations to access the new MOH-LTC system • Supported LHINs, Hospitals and Community Organizations in their quarterly financial reporting to the Ministry

University Health Network and University of Toronto combined project• Recruit patients in remission from breast cancer with various surgeries (double mastectomy, mastectomy, lumpectomy) from Toronto General and Princess Margaret hospital• Conduct detailed interviews with patients regarding their experience with cancer as well as breast surgeries, in person and over the phone.• Store all data and other confidential information• Analyze and discuss research papers related to the effects of breast removal surgeries on self-perception of women
