I am a dedicated member of the Azure DevOps team, I specialize in planning, building, deploying, and managing microservices within Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using Azure DevOps pipelines. I excel in optimizing CI/CD pipelines and am well-versed in Azure infrastructure management and administration. Additionally, I have experience monitoring pods in AKS services and other cloud services.

I successfully managed two key projects that enriched my expertise in cloud administration and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) tool.Project 1: As an AWS Administrator, I proactively addressed issues across a spectrum of environments, including production, staging, test, and development. My responsibilities included troubleshooting EC2 instances, ACLs, VPC, and security groups, coupled with delivering root cause analysis for incidents in ServiceNow. I also played a pivotal role in crafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new tasks and enhancing existing ones with updated information. Collaborating closely with the application development team, I contributed to identifying and documenting new infrastructure setups.Project 2: As an OEM tool operation engineer, I contributed significantly to the delivery of comprehensive monitoring support for HSGBU, HGBU, and UGBU. My responsibilities included administering Windows and Linux servers within the OEM environment, maintaining up-to-date CI sheets, handling server decommission processes using Postman, and conducting daily health checks for OEM nodes while monitoring the health of OMS and databases. I actively collaborated with Global AMS teams to gain a thorough understanding of each GBU's specific infrastructure, application, WebLogic, and log monitoring requirements. Additionally, I was responsible for generating daily, weekly, and monthly environment reports and SARs for Global AMS teams and higher management. I played a key role in managing infrastructure monitoring using OEM and automation using Chef for EM Agent fixes. I consistently adhered to and practiced agile principles in my day-to-day operations, utilizing RightNow CX for incident, problem, and change management. I was also responsible for EM agent upgrades via Gold Build Images, successfully upgrading over 2,000 targets to the latest 13.5 version. Actively participated in sprint planning and retrospective meetings, and managed tempo timesheets.

As a Future Ready Intern at Microsoft, I started my cloud journey and gained expertise in Azure cloud, cloud security, and GitHub. Through hands-on experience, I deployed applications using static Web Apps.
