As a product designer at Lion.app, I collaborate with engineers, marketing teams, and data scientists to create designs that are inclusive and accessible for everyone. I led the UX design for a new feature that increased user retention by 25%, creating concepts, visual mockups, and presenting them to stakeholders. I also evaluated the current branding, products, and company details to curate new style guides and dashboard designs, using Figma and other tools.Before joining Lion.app, I worked as a UX designer at CresZak, where I conducted market research, cross-communicated with developers and the marketing team, and designed wireframes and prototypes for client projects. I also have experience as a civil servant and a teacher, which enhanced my ability to empathize with people from various backgrounds. I have a degree in political science from the University at Buffalo, and I completed a project-based course at General Assembly to learn UX design skills. My goal is to combine my empathy and design skills to curate content that amplifies the voices of those in marginalized communities.
