FIFA World Cup 2022 - TMS Global Doha Qatar ,TBS scheduling team to ensure accurate data is provided for the scheduling of buses and rostering of drivers.Execute the planned system operational plans.Ensuring a smooth operation at Al wakra metro Hub, delivering connecting services from Metro hub to Fan accommodation, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of a large number of buses ( 12000- 15000 Pax transported per shift. Oversee load zone and bus staging operations are executed in compliance with established standards work instructions, training and operations plans.Training of all marshals to ensure competency for a complex operation, daily briefing, venue readiness check , post allocation preparing schedule for a day , daily check list and daily reports and following DRS.

• To coordinate all activities related to the design of operational spaces.• To continuously control parking, staging areas,load zones and its staff to ensure consistency of operation, as well management of drivers.• To regularly liaise with the Bus Mall staff to stage, call forward or send vehicles.• To supervise all transport operation in respective parking zone on match days and setup for non-match days.

● Review and arrange all transportation paperwork included Driver logs, trips report and invoice.● Ensure to receive all phone calls from drivers any hours in day.● Responsible for managing external and internal invoicing of transportation charges.

•Responsible for Managing execution, Direction and coordination of all transportation matter with the IAAF World Athletics championships Doha, 2019.• Responsibility for the delivery of venue transport strategy and manage venue transport operations.• Training the volunteers, work with them, Scheduling their Shifts.•Managing organizing schedule and routes ensuring the vehicle are safe. •Responsibility of managing venue transport Staff, ensure that all the venue transport FF&E or properly used.•Make sure the drivers are aware of their duties.•Updating spreadsheet and communicating with management.
