Current- Performs data collection, preparation, and analysis to serve a variety of institutional reporting needs
- Conduct employee investigations for disciplinary matters, generate reports and take the necessary required action on this regard.
- Handle various internal problems and facilitate company’s grievance procedure among other departments, by carrying out an investigation, conduct a record of interview and take the proper action.
- Ensure all of departmental policies and procedures are up-to-date and align with the company’s policy and Bahrain Labour Law regulations.
- Maintain company’s discipline and investigation records.
- Develop, analyze, and review department policies and procedures.
