ITIL,Service Operations, Service Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, TPM/RCA of major incidents and/or re-occurring incidents to avoid re-occurrence and help stabilize the IT Infrastruscture.

Manage/Co-ordinate support teams across different locations and time zones to help resume incidents with minimal or no impact. Following appropriate escalation matrix to ensure timely resolution. Manage communication to relevant stake holders about the incident and its progress towards resumption. Incident recording : Ensure all the facts/activities related to the incident are accurately captured to help support teams and also help in a effective Root Cause Analysis to avoid any re-occurrence. Identify hot spots and provide inputs to Problem Management to perform RCA and avoid re-occurring incidents.
