Me and a small group of passionate individuals established a voluntary team to work with homeless children in the streets of Aleppo, Syria. since 2016, I managed to lead this team and to help it succeed reaching funds and sign collaboration with other NGOs and UN agencies in Syria. we succeed reaching hundreds of children over years, building a powerful team of more than 50 volunteers, and getting fund from United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. 1. Encourage Adolescents to make their own initiatives.2. Make Training Workshops to teach Adolescents how to plan initiatives, work as a team.3. Guide Adolescents to buy their initiative tools.4. Create teams to work on initiatives and help them to achieve it.5. Plan a media coverage for initiatives.6. Archive Files and make reports about Initiatives.

Activities I undertook were: Engage humanitarian actors, inclusive of hard to reach areas in forming and delivering community mobilization services.Facilitate for community referral - guidance to child care services through mapping information, producing guidebook on UNICEF and tips for child support community mobilizers integrated in the community to serve as community guides.Promote child immunization and child survival through dissemination of educational messages incorporated in multimedia formats, print, theater, art, sport, media, community meetings and adolescents led community awareness initiatives on hygiene promotion & mother child immunization and nutrition.Promotion of information on child support infrastructure rehabilitation through community meetings, sport games and activities held at rehabilitated schools and health centers in particular.Provide stories on beneficiaries receiving support by parents, collect evidence and and documents through multi-media formats.Engage government partners in community meetings, facilitate for promotion of social services by establishing linkages between service providers and beneficiaries.
