• Creating, reviewing, and refining existing PMO documentation for training and project methodology execution• Enhancing the current PPM tool by partnering with PMO staff to assist in requirement documentation, testing, and implementation of changes within our core PPM tool (Accolade)• Identifying key gaps and pain points in the existing PPM toolkit, in partnership with PMO staff, and supporting the PPM Discovery Project with tool/vendor selection• Assisting Project Managers in resource planning by using the Resource Capacity Planning tools built on the Power Platform• Attending Project Manager team meetings, Portfolio EPR meetings, and assisting in taking notes and deck creation for these activities• Maintaining SharePoint files and folders to ensure organized and accessible project documentation• Creating End User Procedure (EUP) documents to guide users through processes and best practices• Updating and maintaining Resource Capacity Plan (RCP) and Project Master Data for effective resource allocation• Updating and maintaining Resource Master Data to ensure accurate information for project planning• Updating and maintaining projects in IT PMO Tools like Accolade, ensuring data accuracy and consistency• Creating and maintaining the IT Time Tracking tool to track project hours and resource allocation• Collaborating with Project Managers to support successful project execution• Updating and maintaining Operating Metrics to track performance and efficiency• Creating presentations for the PMO to communicate key information effectively
