+ Responsible for checking shortage of materials at stores outlet in western region (Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat and Goa) and giving them reversal or replacement of materials. Reduce the shortages of materials to stores. Maintain the inventory balance in commissary. + Responsible for the regular and emergency indents from the stores outlet in western region. On the basis of indent given order to vendors, supply the materials to stores and also making challans and invoices. + Responsible for the supply of emergency indent and uniform indent and take necessary follow-up with the stores and Dispatch team.
