• Integrating existing GEMS ERP HR module with SAP system• Requirement gathering, Design, coding, testing, implementing and supporting the ERP software ( GEMS & DREAM ERP)• Root cause analysis and documenting the reported defects, Perform changes/correction on the identified defects within the agreed schedule• Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses, Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates and performs related duties as assigned.• Drawing Specification for development• Interacting with the users for inputs and work accordingly for customization of the system as per the client's requirement. • Fixing the bugs raised by testing team and interacting with the testing team whenever clarification required on the fixes or new changes.• Provide remote support and on-site technical training for the Users• Responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software faults across Windows and Web based systems• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with fellow team members to anticipate technical limitations and glitches and effect smooth system deployments• Provide written reports and give product presentations to clients to explain system solutions and potential business impacts
