 Handles Agility’s Client Mitsubishi Fuso Trucks & Buses Corporation Project and deals with Oman, Kuwait and Moroccan markets.  Order Management in SAP and Infor system.  Manages the Backorder file and ensure to clear on regular basis Coordinates with supplier in Japan to get the spare parts on urgent basis to meet the customer requirement and plan if we need it via Air or Sea.  Ensures inventory accuracy, analyze variances or discrepancies and Analyze Customer Claims concerning stocks inventory flow from receiving up to shipping with the coordination of warehouse operation.  Arrange Documentation and necessary information required for customer work orders, check all orders for special requests.  Stock Management: ensure order should meet in a KPI requirement, monitor status of the back order ETA from Japan and ETD Dubai, monitor placement of order customer in the system, ensure allocated part will pick on time and dispatched according to requirement, ensures purchase order of the back order data and invoice data interface Japan  Collaborates with numerous Mitsubishi Client to forecast demand goods, create and communicate operational plans and manage inventory logistics.  Involves in planning process improvement of project such as analyzing problem, operational capacity analyzes, order forecasting and demand planning.  Involves in Operational improvement such as analyze problem, planning and monitoring implemented guidelines for operational improvement, with coordination of WH manager and Supervisor.  Coordinates special, last minute shipping requests with the transportation departments, expediting orders as necessary.Negotiating with the Agent for pricing and obtaining best quotation possible.  Managing and retaining existing/new clients by providing utmost customer service  Implementing and ensuring a smooth roll out of new customer contracts.  Generating additional business from existing customers.
