- Worked on launching Alexa Emergency Assist designed to help users in emergencies by allowing them to call for help using voice commands. The product includes features such as capabilities for contacting emergency services, family members, or designated contacts without needing to physically handle a device, Smoke Alarm & Glass break detection.- Worked on designing and implementation of Photo Sharing on Alexa Together(AT) allowing Care Givers to send photo's to Care receivers. The feature involved allowing the shared photo to be set as Photo background on Care receiver's MultiModal devices (echo devices). Worked as an away team member on services and API's across Amazon Photos team to implement this feature.- Launched Alexa Together Custom Alerts feature that enhanced existing CareGiving experience by allowing Alexa Customers to set alerts on various household Alexa devices separately.- Designed and launched Alexa Together paid tier service of Alexa Care and designed and implemented Paywall experience for existing & new customers to put Alexa Care behind paywall.- Worked with ReactJS, kotlin and Java to deliver Alexa Together web experience for subscription activation workflows for new & existing customers.- Worked on implementing alerts feature for Alexa Together which involved designing and implementing a service that listens and processes 15k TPS SmartHome events amongst other events.

The course dealt with covering the class-based program design and the design of abstractions that support the design of reusable software and libraries.

- Developed W3Z, a web application that took long URLs and squeezed them into fewer characters to make a link that is easier to share or tweet. Users were able to create these short links through the web interface.- Implemented a GUI in JSP that takes the long url and delivers the shortened url.- Implemented a java code that would hash the url using MD5 algorithm and then saved it to SQLdatabase.
