 Responsible for the availability of IT assets and application for the business needs of 20 MMFSL offices & 2 regional office including 450+ users.  Conduct audit for the IT assets and proper track maintain on the hardware and software’s policy,  Weekly reviews and client calls status checking and taking the actions.  Vendor management and IT payment processing.  Responsible to provide the support 24/7 basis if it’s required.  Responsible for provide better suggestions as per IT needs, for new or renovated office structuring and deliver the IT requirements with all the configurations in TAT.  Support Team member ( MMFSL BSG_App )  Responsible for handling the 2nd level support of BSG_App issues of MMFSL, entire state users.  Creating the FAQ and sharing with the team for the better resolutions.  Coordination with the Head Office senior teams for the issues and resolutions.  Maintaining the work reports and weekly circulations to the seniors.  Team Lead – Testing  Team lead of 5 member team to ensure the proper testing of UAT applications and software of the organization.  Responsible for providing the feedbacks and test result on TAT.  Daily updation on the activity status with the application team.
