• Spearheading multiple work streams in creating data products** used in reporting and customer prediction viz., foundational base tables [core transaction data and Customer Traits like lifecycle segmentation], self-service dashboards [customer foundational reporting and sales ops] and customer prediction models like Product recommendations, replenishment and predicting industry of a small business owner.• Leading a total team of 7 consisting of 3 data engineers, 2 analysts and 2 data scientist with a mission to Drive deeper customer understanding and empower teams to design experiences to delight our customers• Enabling foundational datasets related to shopper behavior that help analysts & data scientists reveal detailed insights for customer centered category growth with rich transactional and behavioral information from 10Mn+ customers• Implemented replenishment and email frequency models at scale by testing in few major markets and then expanded to all markets that helped in margin uplift of 4% (average)• Designed a high-rigor solution framework that utilizes best practices in data governance, automation & documentation.
