In this position, my responsibilities are quite assorted by contributing in most of the company's department head duties. Such as: - Drive and implement organization-wide quality and technical systems improvements- Research and identify solutions to software and system issues- Achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2013 & ISO/IEC 27017:2015 Certifications for LibyanSpider: Collaborated in a two-member team to secure ISO certifications for Information Security and Cloud Security. Contributed to compliance, audits, and documentation, enhancing organizational security and credibility.- Document technical knowledge in the form of manuals and knowledge base articles.- Supervision of the technical personnel and the day-to-day activities within the different teams ensuring that all responsibilities are covered- Provide effective and responsive support to the various teams to meet their objectives of quality and output- Provide support to the various teams on technical-related issues- Liaising with HR to target and interview new technical hires- Prepare accurate and timely reports- In Oct 2022, I have planned for and hosted the first LibyanSpider's Webinar on Facing Digital Risks with Acronis Cyber Cloud, in coordinate with the Marketing Specialist.

I joined Libyan Spider as soon as I graduated from college, my responsibilities in this role were varied and allowed me to gain wide knowledge in multiple areas:- Linux servers administration.- Windows servers administration.- Various Servers control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, ISP.- Mail services administration such as Gsuite, Office365, Zimbra.- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and developing new solutions that solve the root cause of problems.- Ansible configuration management tool.- Web application security tools, such as Modsecurity.- Genertaing/Installing SSL Certifications.- Data Backup and Migration on various operating systems.- Monitoring and Logging tools, such as Zabbix and Graylog. - Web server and Database.- A good background on WordPress, Joomla and NodeJS applications.- Communication skills.Achievements:- Writing custom ModSecurity WAF rules to address web application vulnerabilities and false positives.- Developed an HTTP API using Python and Flask to process custom alerts sent by Graylog.- Enhancing Zabbix monitoring solution by integrating remote commands triggered by Graylog alerts.- Wrote user guides and knowledge base articles for our internal and external documentation sites.- Working on log analysis using Graylog, I managed to:+ Use grok pattern and regular expression to improve extracting information from the logs, where I had to analyze the difference between each case aside.+ Designed and implemented pipelines for log enrichment using the extracted logs and look-up tables.+ Generate alerts and create dashboards for important information.
