Work as business analyst for EDI B2B domain

• Act as a point of contact for the world wide agencies and other stake holders. • Use the expertise knowledge to advise business and process owners to define processes and procedures• Analyze local requirements and current working model to understand the application configuration requirements.• Manage application configuration in Pre-production environment, make adjustments and get approval for sample documents from the agencies of allocated countries• Coordinate with centralize team to configure the production environment as per pre-production • Propose workable processes to mitigate the gaps • Build required application access matrix to existing users roles to onboard them to new application• Member of expert support team during the go live.

• Ensuring thorough understanding of company’s processes, procedures and systems• Gather, analyze and formalize business requirements• Create functional specifications, business impact analysis, pre study and test books• Define, execute and evaluate Functional and User Acceptance tests whenever required• Work closely with various stakeholders for enhancing and correcting IT applications• Provide Level 3 application support activities

• Conduct Applications and Business trainings and workshops for support team• Prepare user guides and process document for application usage• Being owner of assigned modules ensure all requests raised to support team are duly attended, proper solutions/workarounds provided within the agreed time period (SLA)• Analyze/replicate application incidents and follow up for necessary corrections • Ensure all requests and solutions are properly recorded in the provided support tools• Maintain the knowledge base

• Identify application incidents reported by users and provide possible workarounds to continue business• Provide guidance/assistance how to use application for complex scenario using different communication methods (emails, phone, remote destop..)• Gain through understanding about the all aspects of liner shipping• Quickly learn and adopt to different applications and tools• Ensure all agreed processes and procedures are followed
