I have been opening up gadgets to understand them and then fixing them back up ever since I was a child. My passion for understanding how things work and to find utility in everything translated to an engineering education and then a love for manufacturing.Having worked in my family business for over 10 years I have had a ground up opportunity to learn from the best in the Indian Automotive Industry which is not only massive in terms of volume but also diverse in engineering processes and management styles with a lot of international influence.I started from the shop floor, where even to date my true passion lies, and worked my way through different departments to understand exactly how a manufacturing industry operates.Constant influences from Japanese customers and manufacturing giants like Hero MotoCorp taught me how a manufacturing industry should operate and what needs to be done to take it forward. Connections made at all tiers of business partner engagements groomed me to understand the true nature of manufacturing and be successful in an extremely high pressure and competitive environment while learning empathy, judiciousness and composure. These lessons have taught me how important constant personal and professional growth is which has enabled me to take a small tier-2 family owned company to a tier-1 OEM and Retailer partner with a diversification policy that has not only multiplied our capabilities and customers but has also enabled us to take a step towards branding and building a self sustaining business.
