• Evaluate each participant and work with them to determine what types of supportive services the participant needs in order to obtain or remain in permanent housing.

• Provide ongoing retention support by providing mentoring and support to veterans for the first year of employment, which may include: facilitating transportation assistance, offering conflict resolution, providing.
• Regularly participate in outreach efforts to actively recruit eligible veterans for VOA-IL employment program
• Attend community-based activities as needed and appropriate (i.e. stand downs, job fairs, and outreach efforts to employers)
