Digital Development Specialist
Current- Identify and develop opportunities for automation within the Customer Services scope of work. Driving optimization, efficiency and effectiveness in the order to cash process through data driven analytics and process.
- Research, brainstorms and propose the introduction of digital products, services and/or e-business platforms. Define how digital tools influences the CS business model, systems, and the manner in which the organization.
- Work closely with IT and dedicated software departments with scope to develop solutions to a variety of fairly complex problems to support the introduction of digital products, services and/or e-business platforms
- Execute changes and on-going maintenance of the digital tool sets and platforms to ensure stability and align with IT, Quality compliance procedures.
- Identify opportunities and work with stakeholders (internal/external) to develop digital tools to drive automation, adoption and the efficiency and effectiveness of the operational CS teams.
- Work with global, regional and local teams to deploy automation solutions, analytics and process optimization opportunities to the EMEA CS teams.
