The organization grew exponentially to 600+ employees in 7 states and over 18,000 homes nationwide in 3 years. In preparation of going public, Leo created the policy & procedure acquisition polices and manual to ensure SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) SEC compliance. While leading the investment team, he also partnered very closely with the tech teams on enhancing the acquisition workflows and user interface experience of the proprietary cloud based, mobile enabled platform that managed all phases of the business and value chain.
