Joined the UPSTART study team that aims to learn and understand whether peer support at a KP Clinic will help participants make healthy lifestyle changes shown to prevent diabetes. Duties included: - Developed a comprehensive literature review about homelessness, predictive tools and health care cost - Assisted the UPSTART Study team with daily functions such as prepping external materials and deliverables for members, conducting enrollment visit for participants in clinic visits, and updating database system through data entry - Initiated a user guide from both applicant/admin perspectives to support all parties in utilizing a funding application while troubleshooting issues/errors to minimize the distress and difficulties applicants/admin could encounter
