Effectively connected and established working relationships with county, local, and private entities to find polling place venues for Election Day. Efficiently managed polling place database and formulated new strategies to improve information distribution. Insured equipment needs for all polling places were met. Assisted in trouble shooting facilty issues.

Successfully coordinated all stages of poll worker outreach. Beginning with designing and creating applications, recruitment letters, and class calendar. Followed by gathering a pool of individuals willing to work and then building a database of those workers. Once the group has been selected a list of all poll workers must be sent to all local newspapers. All workers must be properly trained and given the necessary eauipment that will allow them to be sucessful poll workers on election day. It is my responsibility that all bases are covered.

Office support. Handling all forms of public inquiries including but not limited to voter registration, candidate filing, sample ballot proofing, and processing request for research year-round.

Observed video interactions of Mexican, Mexican-American families participating in research project lead by The California Families Project. Essential my responsibility was to code verbal and facial communication between participants.
