I lead and coordinate the design of the supply chain activity following a sudden onset disaster, coordinate international, regional and local transportation, research tax free importation procedures, am responsible for procuring stock and services, locally or internationally and also managed third party procurement activity and cash, partner section, last mile logistics and more to ensure high quality, timely responses. Outside of a disaster, I work alongside stakeholders across the organisation on tactical planning and preparedness activities, along with strategic inventory planning. Show less

As a ShelterBox International Response member, my colleagues and I respond to weather related events and those suffering from conflict around the world. We deliver shelter solutions and the essentials people need to begin rebuilding their lives in the aftermath of a disaster and to date, I have responded in complex disaster contexts along with assisting in aid procurement and delivery planning for conflict settings.

Alongside the product management I also managed incidents within the current portfolio where I continually assessed that products continue to meet customer needs and eliminate customer determent. My primary role was too ensure that remediation work for raised incident's are project managed, key stakeholders are engaged to ensure the 'fix forwards' are in place, and measures are set to mitigate future risks. I am also responsible for risks identified within the management of the incident and therefore ensure these risks are documented and actions set to mitigate future determent. Accountabilities - Design, deliver & implement new products, alongside product changes & enhancements successfully into the corporate portfolio.Define, drive and deliver robust mitigation plans to completion of the incident ensuring comprehensive processes are defined and delivered, and sufficient controls and measures are put into place to mitigate any future risk.Work cross function within the business to create enduring solutions that robustly mitigate risks and issues. Design and facilitation of training interventions for all of our UKMU ensuring delivery of all elements of the training cycle. My role also consists of stakeholder engagement for specific training needs that follow business changes.

I provided consultative support for the retention of a £300 million portfolio of corporate healthcare business which included system management, product analysis and contract renewal for clients including PepsiCo, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Ernst & Young, Goldman Sachs, Lloyds Banking Group and Exxon Mobile. I also developed and managed key stakeholder relationships to ensure a robust network of support to be drawn upon in order to exceed in delivery against targets.

Helped drive implementation of Europe’s largest IT system platform into the corporate sales arena. Project management responsible for the delivery of innovative solutions to meet the needs and requirements of circa 150 people relating to the implementation of the operating platform.
