Copper Smelter and Electrolytic Refinery project at Indonesia, role played during the project were proof checking of structure design by vendor, review of 3D model and coordination with design vendor and inter discipline.Proof checking of design and drawing comprises with following structures:Shelter, Scraper Reclaimers, Adoption towers, net protection structures, cooling towers, material handling areas, crusher building, utility areas and substations.Various equipment foundation such as Steam turbine generator, diesel generator, stack, vessels, clarifiers, Heat exchangers, Pumps, boilers, reactors, blowers, tanks, silos, storage bins, skids, pits, sumps, weigh scale, Air dryer and compressors.Supporting structures like Area pipe rack, conveyors, cable tray racks, transfer towers, operating stage and miscellaneous platforms, belt feeders, stanchions and sleeper frames, dike walls and pipe supports.

Worked for Oil and Gas, FMCG, and chemical industries during LTTS journey. The short discription for projects as follows.Oil and Gas Projects:US Project comprises design and detailing for Horizontal vessel foundation, retaining wall, steel structure, pump foundation, steel staircase, design basis for project, RFQ documents and PE calculation report as per American codes and standards.Prepared global CSA standards which include technical specification, design specifications, design standards, design and general requirements and specifications.Singapore Project comprises of design and detailing for steel platforms, pipe supports, steel staircase and PE calculation report as per Euro codes and standards and Singapore national annexures.FMCG Project:South Africa project comprises design and detailing for piperack, steel staircase tower, MCC room, worker amenity building, office building and tank farm as per SANS codes and standards.Tanzania project consist design and detailing for cable rack, MCC room, transformer footing, and connecting walkway steel structure as per BS codes and standards.
