I have a master's degree in Economic Diplomacy from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, where I studied the political and economic aspects of international relations. I also have a master's degree in Economics from University of Gdansk, where I spent a semester as an exchange student. Currently, I work as a Supply Chain Specialist at Henkel, a global leader in consumer and industrial products. My core competencies include sales forecasting, problem solving, communication, and coordination.In my role at Henkel, I am responsible for steering orders and ensuring on-time and complete delivery, creating and managing delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes, handling exceptions, claims, and returns, reporting on open orders and shipments, and steering financial flows. I also work on continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality or decrease time, testing systems and tools. I collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, logistics, customers, and suppliers. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can apply my analytical and diplomatic skills to optimize the supply chain processes and satisfy the customer needs. I am motivated by learning new things and facing new challenges. I value diversity and inclusion, and I bring a multicultural perspective and experience to the team, as I speak four languages and have lived and studied in different countries.
