At travelpass, I support the HR team in providing payroll and HR solutions to over 150 employees across the region. With 2.5+ years of experience in HR administration, I manage employee records, benefits, contracts, and compliance, using various HR software and tools. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work culture, and I strive to improve my skills and knowledge in the field of HR. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of BSc in Global Business Management at Cardiff Metropolitan University, and I hold an Advanced National Diploma in Human Resources Management from NIBM Sri Lanka.
