  Perform the Full set of Accounts.Maintain and record accurate and up-to-date financial transactions.Process invoices, send SOAs to clients on a timely basis, follow up with overdue and handle collections.Check and record suppliers’ invoices and make payments with cheques or electronics transfer.Prepare and issue payment vouchers and receipts and reimburse petty cash.Prepare month end closing, aging reports and audit schedule.Maintain soft copy and hard copy filings of Account Payables, Receivables, Bank statements and any other financial documents.Calculation of Depreciation and Fixed Assets ScheduleReconcile discrepancies in accounts and financial reports and monthly Bank Reconciliation.Support and liaise with auditors by providing necessary documents and explanations.Record Journal entries for month end closing and year end adjustment entries.Support the preparation and filing of tax returns.Assist in calculation of payroll.Update the Cashbook, Bank balance, Petty Cash and General Ledger.Perform any other ad hoc jobs from time to time.
