Special attention should be given to Dangerous and controlled items requirements.• Monitor Logistics providers delivery of service on a day to day basis and other duties as assigned.Supply Chain (Procurement)• Act as the focal contact person for all supply chain as negotiation with local and oversea suppliers to get the requirement of operation with the best price at the location and prioritize purchasing activities to support the Product Line.• Ensure POs are created prior to commitment reviews planned orders, creates requisitions for purchased items and manages the approval process • Sourcing and tracks with designated Supplier and confirmation of System Lead Time, Delivery Date and Cost • Complies with all Schlumberger and local procedures applicable to the job function• Accurate and timely preparation of Purchase Orders Tracking and immediate reporting of non-conformances with follow up until resolved.• Product Line on time delivery - Purchase Order accuracy - Non-acknowledged Purchase Order line reporting - Past Due Purchase Order reporting - Shipping cost and Other duties as assigned.
