Sandee Finley, ETA, CPP is the Chief Payments Officer at PaySafe Associates and AtPoint Solutions where she is known for her business acumen and tenacity. With years of expertise in merchant services and payments industry, she earned her certification as a Certified Payment Professional (ETA) and continues to pass on her knowledge to her partners, colleagues, and clients. Sandee came into these roles after a road of hard work, perseverance, and diverse training experiences. After earning her Associates Degree in Information Technology in 2004, Sandee joined Merchants’ Choice Card Services as a Customer Service and Technical Support representative. She quickly advanced into a management role where she was responsible for overseeing the Customer/Technical Support department and training of new and existing employees. Sandee was later asked to transition in a Relationship Management role where she assisted multiple ISO/Agent offices integrate into the MCCS/MCPS environment and grow their businesses. In 2014, Sandee left MCPS to join Taylor Kelly at Merchant Choice Payment Solution Partners (the second largest sales organization for MCPS and Woodforest National Bank) as the Senior Director of Customer and Technical Support. In her role, Sandee was responsible for new ISO/agent sales training, integration, and support to grow their business and network. After MCPS Partners was sold in 2017, Sandee continued her partnership with Taylor Kelly for a new sales organization company as Vice President of Operations for PaySafe Associates. In 2022, Sandee was promoted to Chief Payment Officer for PaySafe Associates and AtPoint Solutions. Sandee is a leader in streamlining and organizing vertical specific ISV ventures and leading them to a position of growth and profitability. Her innate sense of growth opportunities and organizational prowess allow for her to help lead these ventures. Her industry knowledge and continued emphasis on education, both for herself and her team, allowed her to grow her teams and build sustainable organizations. Besides her involvement in Trident 1, she is not only a member of PayTech Women organization, but also a Co-Chair of the PayTech Women - Houston Chapter and a member for the RSPA W2W Community.
