This project required drawing plans for permitting, maintaining a meticulous schedule, overseeing and communicating with sub-contractors, budget and change order oversight, and clear communication with all parties involved..

Renovations include: working with client to understand needs & desired scope of work, conceptual design of new space, project schedule, designing custom pieces for design.

• Assisted Principal Interior Designer from Dôme Deco, Belgium in Americasmart, Atlanta, GA, USA showroom installation for July market
• Duties included installation, assisting showroom manager in keeping showroom vignettes/presentation to company standard, creating signage using Adobe programs, installation of signage, assisted with graphic design.
• Represent Dôme Deco’s Americasmart showroom manager whenever needed, however needed
• Assisted clients and showroom with any interior design needs or consultation

This was a complete showroom build out. The previous showroom was vacated and Dôme Deco had the opportunity to move into the space. The space had to be totally demo'd leaving nothing but outer walls and concrete flooring. The project started on Dec. 17, 2019 and had to be completed by Jan 2, 2020 for set up for January Market. The scope of work was total.
