My role as Account Director at Sirius People is focused on ensuring we are providing our customers with the best level of recruitment service. I regularly visit our customers to ensure any staffing needs are identified and resolved. On top of this, I work with our specialist team to provide recruitment aftercare for our onsite temps and permanent placements.

In August 2006 Sandee was brought on board by Sirius Technology as part of the growth plan to establish Sirius Support. With her 'hands on' management style she leads a team of recruiters founded on honesty, integrity, reliability, and a commitment to client and candidate care and satisfaction. She is committed to delivering an efficient, reliable, and accountable service to all stakeholders.Sandee manages a diverse portfolio of clients as well as identifying and capitalising on opportunities to expand our current business whilst developing and nurturing existing business relationships.Her business model is based on motivating, leading and training high performance consultants with the focus on managing key relationships with clients and candidates to ensure the perfect match. By spearheading advice to businesses regarding performance and recruitment initiatives, Sandee and her dedicated team are the key in providing cost effective staffing solutions across the Sydney market.

She commenced her recruitment career as a Consultant and within 2 years was managing the daily activities of this boutique Office and Blue Collar agency. Responsible for recruiting, training, mananging, and career development of all staff. Through negotiating, securing and managing preferred supplier relationships she steadily increased the weekly placements from 20 per week on appointment to up to 200 temporary and permanent candidates. Sandee managed all the financial and adminstration aspects of running a successful agency. By the time she left 17 years later she had built the agency from a staff of 4 to 16 with an annual turnover of over $9 million.
